wow nice work! I would have inhaled that!
Thanks Dave appreciate it man! The cheese melted in-between the layers added another nice flavor layer. Just polished off the leftovers for lunch.

Boy howdy I'd be real happy sitting down to that plate John, Like! I've had my two little CI skillets for a couple of weeks now and forgot they were in the cupboard. I'd like to break them in with a recipe akin to yours, cheesy Alfredo pasta is something my wife would love, me too! RAY
Looks Great John!!
Nice Job!!

I like what you did with the Burger Buns that were going stale soon.
I've been known to make little Bread Pizzas with mine occasionally.

Thanks Joe! I was thinking if I boiled the noodles in chicken broth next time I might get even more of a flavor punch. What do you think?
That looks great! Im gonna have to get off my butt and do a cast iron cook on the grill soon!
That is one fine looking meal there John!! Excellent job and it all looks to be a perfect balance of sauce, noodles, and chicken. I bet that bacon really went well with everything else. Brilliant combination of ingredients. Now ya may start seeing why I love cooking with CI on the grill so muchFlavors are attained that you just won't get in an oven, but you already noted that.
Big like!!

That looks great! I also like your idea with the hamburger buns.

Great idea baking in CI! Try adding some cooked and Sliced Italian Sausage, sometime.
As a Newbie Chef, I was using up leftovers in a Restaurant to make a Family Meal for Staff. Put together, Chicken, Sausage, Alfredo Sauce, Pasta with Garlic, Oregano and Red Pepper Flakes. The crew loved it and the Executive Chef added it as a rotating Special to the menu...JJ
Nice work Vol . That's a meal we do a lot of here .
Pics look fine to me and so does the meal.
Point for sure
Chris
Hey VOL, great dish you created there! I will try CI cooking after seeing your results. I have never tried CI cooking and just had a couple of questions:
I assume you used cooked pasta?
What temperature should the grill be and is the cook idea to smoke the pasta?
Thanks, good job.
