Casing Storage Question

    I bought some salted casings that are sealed in a bag from Stuffers Supply Company in BC Canada a couple of weeks ago and forgot to refrigerate them.

    Will they still be useable for a run this week, or should I buy new ones...Stuffers is closed until the 4th and am hoping to shoot a batch this weekend.



    Ps Love the site...the info is staggering...

    Thanks boykjo...wasn't sure as they are not vacuum sealed and have been sitting in the bag they came home in...
