Capacity of MES 40

Hey guys looking to the guys that make a lot of snack sticks in their smoker, what is the average amount of snack sticks you can fit in the smoker hanging on wood rods in terms of weight of meat? I usually do around 7 lbs but have enough room for more and am just wondering what people can get in theirs.
