First , where are you? You could find a butcher that will befriend you and ssho him the chart above... You may find a gold mine.

i live about 30 min outside of Gatlinburg TN i have been looking but to no avail yet

 
If you find a good butcher, just remember to bring him/her some smoked meat samples to bribe.....errrr....I mean coax them to stock more tri tips or whatever cuts you are looking for.

My local butcher takes my suggestions as to what to place on sale in the upcomings weeks with a little bribe...I mean sample.
