My better half had stomach surgery at the beginning of the week. She can only have clear liquids/broths for 7 days. I was left unsupervised with no guidance as to what to grill/smoke for the weekend. So....I smoked a few chicken thighs, and a rack of St. Louis ribs, grilled some more chicken thighs and some brussels sprouts and asparagus. I had a lot of fuel left after the Saturday smoke, so I got some meaty beef short ribs and a couple of smoked baked potatos, and doctor'd up some Bush's baked beans to go with the taters. I need supervision! :D Here is my leftover plate tonight. I wish I had room for the taters and beans. They shall be for tomorrow.
