Canadian smoker

    Hi,
    I am new to smoking meat. I have just purchased a Southern Pride 500 and can't wait to get started.
    In Alberta, we have top quality beef, but what should I look for when purchasing pork?
    Seasoning recommendations?

    Anyone know anything about smoking rabbit? I found a good source today for goodcleaned rabbit. Just need to know if anyone has experience with rabbit.
