Canadian bacon in to ham !

Last batch of Canadian bacon I left a 2lb piece whole ! Today I cooked it like a ham ! Injected with pineapple briwn sugar and honey then baked in the same mixture basting often ! Made twice baked potatoes with Asia to and parmesian cheese to go with it ! And of course the homemade artisan bread to go with it ! Turned out awesome ! He'll of a football day dinner !

Good combination, and your bread looks great. Mrs ~t~ got back into more frequently baking from March forward and we're (and random friends) are enjoying it.
