Awesome man.

I personally love armadillos. They're one of the few foods that comes in its own bowl.

Thanks! The best thing we get here that comes in its own bowl are clams, oysters, and rock scallops! Those I have to drive a couple hundred miles to get!

It's back from the powder coater and it is Sick! Super cool! Can't wait for my wife to unwrap it Christmas morning!!!! Lighting wasn't great so the color in the photos are a bit off. It's definitely Bama Red...

Do you have a resource for inexpensive horseshoes? Just curious because the yard art looks great.

I just buy them at my local feed store. They range in price from $2-$4 ea. I'm sure I could find them cheaper, but shipping weight would probably kill the savings.

Case my friend, you sir are talented.  Thank you for posting your art.

BTW, my wife fell in love with it.  Another Christmas gift was just added to the tree from an online horseshoe artist.

Thank you! I have several other yard art objects planned for after the first of the year. I'll post them up when I get to them.

NIcely done, Case; but not true to the species. You need to add 4 more hoops to the back to have a Nine-banded_armadillo

I've dispatched dozens of them for plowing up my lawn and tunneling under my slab. They are not well liked by homeowners in this part of the world. They stink like the worst BO you can imagine and they can carry and transmit leprosy to humans.

See if never have even thought to see how many bands a dillo would have. The mutt is missing a set of ribs. I somewhere along the line one of the horseshoes dropped on the ground and I didn't see it until it was two late!
