I gotta use up some hunks of meat in the freezer.

Trim time.

Meanwhile i got the marinade stuff ready.

Here is what you will need to have when mixed. Let this stand for 30 mins before adding meat.

Meat cut into strips.

Now in the fridge. AMSPS tomorrow.
