Looks great, I'm going to do a 6lb one in the mornin for my first smoke

Flavor was outstanding, Debi. I alternated hickory and maple for the first time and it gave a new and really neat taste.

Hillbilly, that looks good even out of focus!!

hey hillbilly my hands shake too when i try to photogragh a beutiful piece of meat too.. looks good. it was a nice day for pork but i did a venison roast that my dad give me last fall and today was their 39th anniversary so i smoked it up for them

It's in focus enough to see that it must have been mighty tasty!

Way to go Billy! Experiment and free yourself opens up a whole new dimension (or is that Demencia?) to your smoking.
