Butt smoking was happening in the hill country today. Butts were great, but the photography sucked. Some big dumbie (me) got his finger on the auto focus button and didn't realize it was shut off. Oh well, heres the view.

Flavor was outstanding, Debi. I alternated hickory and maple for the first time and it gave a new and really neat taste.

hey hillbilly my hands shake too when i try to photogragh a beutiful piece of meat too.. looks good. it was a nice day for pork but i did a venison roast that my dad give me last fall and today was their 39th anniversary so i smoked it up for them
