Good morning everyone, I fired the smoker up this morning at 530. Took about 45 mins to get up to temp on this absolutely gorgeous morning in WV Today I'm cooking 4 Boston butts, 2 picnics, 6 racks of baby backs, 4 chicken leg quarters and a few pieces of rope sausage. The weather is supposed to get pretty nasty this afternoon so I'm gonna try and get the ribs, chicken and sausage knocked out by noon. Gotta love that TBS I'll try and post a few updates as the day goes on and I'll definitely take alot more pics. Thanks for lookin!
