Butts after dark (pics included)

Just threw a couple butts on the OK Joe. 6.5lbs a piece. My last butt of this size took almost 18hrs so since I got my new Flameboss dialed in going for my first overnight cook Hopefully worst case I'll be eating at 7 but hoping its done a little sooner. Just me and my wife eating so super excited about a few weeks of leftovers. Going camping next week so gonna be some perfect camp food.

There's something so relaxing about an overnight smoke you don't have to worry about.  Waiting for the outcome.

Lol. Sorry I didn't finish this up. They got done around 7 at night. They we're so delicious I didn't get pictures. It was I nice way to do them over night. I do think I'm gonna start wrapping them though. As much as I like bark that was just way to long.
