I’d freeze it . I wouldn’t keep meat in the fridge for longer than a week. If you can vacuum seal I’d do that and then reheat in simmering water while still in the vacuum pack.

Anyway, I tore it up, SoFlaQuer's sauced it, cooled it, then packaged it up and froze the packages.
For us, or me anyway, doing portion sizes works best. Last package I dug out of the freezer I microwaved and added to a pint of Dutch's beans.

(Yeah, I did. I ate a whole 17 ounce container of wicked beans, and about 6-8 ounces of PP.
