Busy Smokin'

Smoking two butts now for pulled pork. Have a SmokyOkie brisket ready to sear. Have 6 fattys ready to smoke for breakfast burritos. Have 3 chunks of cheddar cheese and 4 rings of Frick's balogna to smoke for snacking.
Got all smokers standing by on alert and a mass quantity of Best Choice lump in the garage. Hickory chunks I think, with a bit of cherry.
Will try to take pics "as can" and post.
We have a bunch of folks coming this weekend when we make apple butter. Got to make an airport run this afternoon to pick up son Michael from Florida. Hope to smoke fattys and balogna on return, and cheese tonight when it gets cooler. Brisket goes on the SDS (Silver Drum Smoker) Pineapple Smoker in the AM.

No keg. (dang!) But there is a good stock of "something cool to drink" in the garage Refreshment Center (mostly a black fridge, but Refreshment Center sounds better).
