I have done it with great results. Let them warm up to room temp, Sauce them and into the oven.
 
Me too I have done them a day ahead of time & reheated them in the oven in a foil pan with a bit of beef broth & plenty of BBQ sauce with a foil cover. I usually set the oven at 300 and let them go for about 1 hour. Actually I think they are better the next day!
