Taking a page from SmokinAl's cookbook. Chuck roast for burnt ends. Injected with some of the onion soup, Worcestershire & rub all around. Fridge overnight. Joining the butt in the smoker at 240 with apple & hickory.
 
I like the onion soup inject.. I usually use beef consume and beef stock. But onion soup would work

Tonight's dinner. Warmed the burnt ends in the oven. A nice seeded roll, a lil drizzle of BBQ sauce, topped with some homemade slaw. A few crinkle cut fries & a nice dill pickle. DAMN that was gooood eats.
