Great looking burgers Steve and that sauce sounds great! Another different commercial one to try is the red robin campfire sauce. Its kind of like a smoky bbq sauce with maybe a little thousand island IMO.

If you're trying to reproduce Big Mac sauce, don't forget the horseradish. It's the only fast food sauce where the horseradish is quite noticeable. Hated it as a kid, but really can appreciate it now.
