Burgers and ABT's

Morning fellas and non fellas. Had no kids last night and wife wanted smashburgers. Made 4oz patties and seasoned with Puckett's burger blend. My middle Tennessee folk will know about that. I don't fully pat out the burgers as they will get smashed later

Threw some ABT's on the smoker

Now back to the Blackstone for some bacon. Cooked extra for a lunch blt today with some fresh Cherokee purple tomatoes

After bacon I put the burgers on and smashed them

Couple minutes and flip. Smash again

Yummy looking. Couple minutes and put on sliced extra sharp white cheddar and closed the lid

Burgers done. ABT's done

Used Hawaiian buns. Little dukes mayo, pickles, Vidalia onions,lettuce, bacon, fresh tomatoes

Was pretty tasty had a second one for dessert
