Burgers and a side

Griddle up some tasty burgers and a side of bread. One half was just toasted with mayo and cheese, and the other half was mayo,Sriracha aioli sauce, cheese and cooked onions. Turned out pretty good!

I didn't form them. The butcher my inlaws use do so much bulk and so much as patties when they take a beef in. They are nice, but sometimes I like to form up my "monster burgers" out of bulk!
