Need a smaller smoker for the house. Have a larger lang but it a bit over kill for cooking for the family. I believe I have about half the tools needed. Welder can do up to 3/16. I would need a metal shop to do some cutting/shearing and rolling for me. Not looking to get it done in a hurry either.
 
I went with the Oklahoma Joe Longhorn for my home smoker. Done about $60 in mods and am very happy with it. I just did not feel like building one from scratch.
