I have their proofer and I bought this few weeks ago, just now using it.

So far I'm liking it. Keeps pretty good temps.

Glad it's working well for you.

I just wish they would make their products a little bigger.
The size limits how large a jar you can put it.
Have their proofer, and same thing, could be larger.
Asked them about a larger one and they said they have multiple requests, but that was it.

There is a second shelf that slides in the middle, if you had 2 small containers it would work. I have the wire rack for my proofer, amazon by B&T was like 25 but. adds and extra shelf.

I have the wire rack also.
Have proofing containers for my pizza dough and can only put one in.
Never looked to see if there are smaller ones.
Rack doesn't help for this.
