Smoked brisket this past weekend which was delicious and had a nice smoke ring
Looks great. We need the details like cook temp, IT, rub, time:yahoo. :yahoo:

Cook temp was around 220 until it temp hit 160 then wrapped in foil with Apple
Juice until it was 205 (was when a toothpick stuck in and pulled out with no resistance) then rested it in a cooler wrapped in towels for an hour.
And the rub I used was smileys brisket rub.
Mmmm good brisket it was.
That's one of the prettiest smoke rings I've seen Good Job !!!
