Brisket with Cheerwine

    Did two briskets with Cheerwine added during the foil time. Came out pretty good. Sorry I didn't get any q-view on this one.

    I had to look up Cheerwine. ( Is it like Cherry Coke?)
    I bet it imparted a nice flavor on the briskets.

    Vman - Cherry Coke is similar I guess. Made in NC and not sure how far north you can get it. We can get it in SC thank goodness. Sorry about no Q-view, I was sort of in a rush to get them and about 4 butts done for work the next day. I was up to 2am cooking and didn't get to bed until about 3am. Got up and still had to make the sauce.....Jeff's sauce and Flaquer's mustard. Got great comments on everything!
