Just wondered what everyone's opinion of this brisket is.....It may be hard to tell being somewhat wrapped....nut it seemed like a pretty good price for being prime grade? I haven't had the best lick with other meat from this big box store which makes me concerned....any opinions as I have only done one other brisket before...

Looks good to me and great price. I've never cooked a prime brisket. Didn't know Sam's carried prime.

Looks nice I started to go and see if they had one of these the other day as I heard they sometimes have prime grade briskets but ended up at my local butcher instead. I bought a choice and after 16 hrs it turned out to be a nice tender and juicy brisket so this prime should do well.

Looks good to me. How's the flip side look?  I've never had prime but been thinking about ordering one from Creekstone. Always wondered if it's worth the extra money.

I noticed a few trips ago to Sam's they were carrying Prime, That one looks good, Since it was rolled Prime I'm sure it will be great,

Gary
