Fired up the smoker at 5am this morning. Put on a 7lb brisket flat and 6+ lb pork butt.

At 1pm (right after the pics below) I threw on 2 slabs of baby backs.

Everything looks fabulous so far. Now I also have some butts in the smoker. I do like your brisket you are getting some nice bark on it too.

Looks great!  I just did a 14 lb. brisket and a couple of pork roasts today as well.  About to post the Q-view now.

Sorry, I failed ! Party was in full swing and was drinking. ;-)

The food came out great though, and I'll not forget next time to take and post pics.

Gives me a good excuse to smoke again.
