Brisket- Pieces

I cut up a Brisket into pieces to put it through a meat grinder and make Smoked Brisket Burgers. Long story short, the grinder broke and now I have this Brisket cut into pieces. If I put in the smoker in pieces will they be worth salvaging?

As a side topic- The Meat Grinder I was using was a KitchenAid add on and it was just jamming with the meat/fat and broke the auger.

Edit: that if by pieces you mean chunks and not ground up.
