Hi everyone.
I have a vertical gas grill and I just want to know if you guys think it's possible to prep some brisket on it.
I have something similar to this:

Is it viable to light just the first burner (bottom) and put the meat on the top? Right on the burner level I would put some wood chips wrapped in aluminum foil. I would also try to cover the sides as much as I can to avoid losing heat.

What do you guys think?
