Smoked a brisket for our Easter Saturday on Thursday not many pics

​Rubbed Wed night SP an Worcestershire sauce


Thursday wind blowing 20 MPH with gust to 28 MPH

Had a few spikes in temp nothing real bad,it did use a lot of fuel


Smoked for 5 hours then wrapped finished in oven

Pic of it being sliced
