Got a brisket all trimmed and rubbed down with some 4 rivers. Going in the PB Vert around 9p.

Wrapped and going in fridge.

I fed 6 people yesterday. My wife made some to go for everyone and managed to get a pic for me.
We all whoofed up mashed taters, deviled eggs, beans and hot Texas spaghetti.

I was worried the brisket was going to be tough because we had a power outage 2 times while smoking
.

You can stop by anytime. Pretty quiet in the resort now. All the snowbirds did a panic migration back home.
