Brisket In NEPA

We are back up in NEPA while the RV is getting some warranty work done back in SE GA. Friend of mine up here is letting me use his Bradley 6 rack.

Got a small 7 lb flat rubbed down with steak dust. Covering and fridge, smoke tomorrow.
