Brisket Chili

Smoked 2 small briskets yesterday,one was for chili
Chopped it up pretty fine removing the thicker piece of fat

Lots of chopping

Diced some Onion and a few cloves Garlic

Saute in Bacon fat

Add meat cook for a few minutes just to mix the onions
Add a can of diced Tomatoes

simmer to break the meat down more

Beans added right at the end so we can reheat tomorrow.
Serving with Corn Bread,will try adding finished pics

Looks Tasty! Cold snap rolling through here right now. A bowl of chili would be welcome!
We had a cold snap a few weeks ago,I still have to add the Bell Pepper,we are suppose to stay above freezing til next week.Thanks

Nice warming feeling I get just looking at Chili.

I smoked 6.5 lbs of ground beef the other day on the ECB. Lol made chili in a 20 qt pot.

Just one one question, "Where's the chiles in this chili?"
Chile powder? Cayenne? Crushed Red? Hot sauce? Fresh chiles?
