Took the boring road on the SPAM. I just sliced it and snacked... maybe next time I'll make a finishing sauce for the SPAM, cover it in chopped onion and cheese and bake it in a nice dough orrrr maybe chop it up small and make a SPAM pot pie... is that too much thinking for SPAM??

I used to dice up spam and mix it with rice and scrambles eggs .... kind of a spam fried rice thing. Gotta try the hot I haven't had spam in years!
