Terrific smoke. Everything looks great.

I have used several brisket injections. The only one I have used at full strength that was good at full strength was Big Poppa's Cattleprod Beef Injection.

I have been meaning to try the BPS prod. I have their pork injection, and love it. I have to say that I don't 100% love Butcher BBQ, it has a more overpowering bullion flavor to it, hence the reason I cut it down, but even then you still get that bullion (like top ramen style) flavor a bit strong sometimes. It is a big crowd pleaser that is for sure, but for me I like more of the natural beef flavor.

Id like an injection that will give me the benefits of the tenderness, and juiciness without adding too much to the flavor of the meat itself. Sounds like cattleprod might be my injection im looking for if you were able to use it at full strength?
