As promised, here is the Qview as my cook progresses.  I posted the rub recipe that I am using for this cook in the recipe forums so here is the follow up.

Here are the cuts I started with


All rubbed out as of 6pm last night


More to come as the cooking progresses.

I have to say, it was very tasty. The texture wasn't as tender ss I would have liked but I made two air flow modifications to my smoker wich resulted in a lower cooking temp than I would have liked. That being said, all the meat was eaten and nothing was thrown away so I'm happy and learn from this cook as always.
