Hello there, I am a newbie here from orange county california and been smoking for a few months now on a Brinkmann combo bbq/smoker that i got for christmas. I am planning some mods for it and I was wondering how big is to big of a smoke box? I was planning to convert the propane side to a firebox and make a channel to reverse flow the smoke. Or should I just get a new smoker? Any thoughts or ideas mucha appreciated
