Hello all! I decided to try an Apple brined/Apple wood smoked Turkey and here are the results.

Looks great, wish you would have sliced it so we could see the inside. 
 
  It looks great. I have a turkey in the freezer and have now been inspired to thaw it out!

I've done a few smoked turkeys and brink g is defiantly the way to go, stays very moist. Looks great!
