Brined and smoked Turkey with Qview

  1. Hello all! I decided to try an Apple brined/Apple wood smoked Turkey and here are the results.

    In the brine:

      It looks great. I have a turkey in the freezer and have now been inspired to thaw it out!

    looks awesome....love the smoked turkeys.....make a stock outta the carcass, great for soups or gumbo

    I've done a few smoked turkeys and brink g is defiantly the way to go, stays very moist. Looks great!
