Thanks for the add...looking forward to trying new ideas.  Electric Smoker, Masterbuilt 40".  Purchased 3/18/17

smoked 2 beer cans chicken that night and was amazed.  Smoked some brats yesterday and today will be doing 1 rack of ribs.
