I'm a 54 year old Father, husband of a beautiful wife of 31 years and a Building Engineer. I am learning more about smoking meats. I have 2 BBQ grills and I should receive my new Dyna-Glo smoker Friday. I am anxious to get started on this new journey of smoking meats and seafood.
