Got it put together last nite.

Went to Walmart and got some charcoal..Kingsford blue,R.O. red and some Sams special 60% larger briquettes.

A bag of mesquite chunks. Got 3 bags of different Weber chunks coming.

Did a bunch of handy dandy search tool work and a couple PMs with Tyotrain.

Loaded it with the Sams stuff and some chunks using the minion method with the tin can in the middle.

I had some frozen pork chunks I save for making sausage...

SPOG and some of the rub from the gathering that Beer-B-Q donated...mixed it up and off we go.

It held about 230 for 3 hours and now its empty still holding temp...

I am a happy guy...Tomorrows smoke is gonna start early!
