Wow! Looks like it came out just the way it should! I am going to do my first attempt at pulled pork in my smoker tomorrow late. I have done pulled pork in crock pot many times. Very excited to have some nice pulled pork for Saturdays broncos game. I will try to remember to throw a link in here to my post.

Looks good....Costco has some excellent meat....their ribs always seem extra meaty to me and I believe they remove the membrane on baby backs. What kind of smoker you running up there In Alaska?

 looks wonderful.  I get a lot of my meats for the smoker at Costco.  Never have had a bad one yet.  You are doing great!
