Decided to break in the new smoker for new year eve, figured it was time for some pulled pork. Headed to Costco and grabbed some butts.
Got some mustard down.
A little dry rub.
Smoked it at 225F up to an internal temp of 195F.
Thanks for all the tips, the pork turned out great with lots of leftovers.
