The charbroil classic was in need of a replacement, 6 years old with burners falling apart and wheels falling off. Went to wally world and with the help of a certain website(secret), found a weber spirit for $150! Great little grill, it burns hot!! I mean real hot, i usually had the classic on a median high heat but this one i was using a median-low heat. I believe the cooking chamber of the grill is either a cast iron or a thicker aluminum casting which holds the heat way better, where as the char broil classic was only sheet metal( was a good grill though). Also got to try out the Christmas gift I got from my brother, a grilling set that has a flashlight built into the tongs and spatula which is pretty cool!
Only complaints i got for the grill so far is the fact that the wheels are basically office chair wheels, so pushing across the driveway is a little harder than it should and there's a little bigger of a gap between the cooking grates which A burger might get caught in.
For the sausages, both are homemade with pork butt and the deer I got in the fall, first archery harvest I had!
