Breakfast on the Flat Top

I am still loving this electric flat top. As cheap as they are , $116 right now, and if you have room to store it I would say get one.

I made the mistake yesterday, in fact, on a FB barbecue page of referring to that as a griddle. Some tool replied to me with, "Flat top!!"

Wow.

The temp control is amazing! I set mine to 130 C and stays at 350 F. Has a very thick piece of metal. Once preheated hardly ever comes on.
