I'm looking to smoking some bratwurst this weekend, does anyone have any tips or info about smoking them. What grill temp? What internal temp? What type of wood?

Smoke at 225+ to an internal temp of 165. Any fruit or nut wood will work and the cook will take about 2 hours...JJ

If you use direct heat it will only take about 20-25 minutes to cook. If you want to smoke it use indirect heat & keep the temp low.

Thanks Al I will keep that in mind, I'll most likely do indirect so I can get some good smoke on them
