Hey guys, I'm brand new to the site and brand new at smoking. Bought an MES30 and i'm going to season it and try out a tri tip this weekend. I already bought a rub from the store but i was just wondering what kinds of rubs are some of your favorites and where do i get them? What meats do they go best on?
