Smoke Blower
i have one cabellas dryer left over from my jerky making days. if i vent it and use an amazin smoker i would have fairly precise temps and all the smoke i wanted for sausage, beef sticks etc.

What are the temp ranges and is it a dehydrator. Make/model?

yes a dehydrator. temps from 50 degrees to 180 in ten degree increments. it's from cabellas. 160L 24 trays like this one only an older model.
