Really excited to start using it. Extremely quiet and smooth. Lots of plans for the future

You’re right it’s a 2612. I have been looking at lots of different models and got them mixed up. Thanks

Eye of round that is 5 pounds like I will be making into jerky and smoking on the 24th, and a whole New York roast I sliced up thin for Philly cheese steaks or put on a skewer too cook over fire

Took about 20’minutes to clean it up. It’ll be my first time doing jerky so I’m excited about that, no problems and it ran good, I’ll freeze the meat longer next time gave them 1.5 hours and it wasn’t really enough for the big roast

And what’s a good disinfectant to use on this after cleaning?? I used dawn dish soap on a rag to clean it. First I was just using water on the rag to get all the tiny bits of meat off. I think more freezing will make for a faster clean up too. Going to build a sweet aluminum cart for it hopefully will be starting on the 24th. Got all this aluminum for 1$ per pound from a guy moving across the country. Super duper deal!! He gave me these tanks too got it back in April or so and haven’t used any of it yet

ML313-2, Nice score on the aluminum and awesome score with the grinder. I find most of my gunk after slicing on the blade guard and blade. Everything is cleaned with hot water & dish soap and then wiped down with diluted bleach(mostly water). I then wipe the grinder down again with hot water ,let it dry and cover it up until next time.
