Boston Butts on sale at MARSH.

My wife came home from getting groceries and told me that she brought me a present.

Last bag opened had a huge Boston butt.

Anyone in my area needs to head over to MARSH, they got em on sale for 98 cents a pound!

Now I need to convince her to go back for 10 more.........plenty of room in the deep freeze.

It has a very pretty marbling of fat and I'm thinking this may be my first try at BBB.

got four of them in the freezer now. two more I make into sausage. I like the idea of "BBB". Like you, that be my first try at it.
